With a last name like Czarnecki it is no wonder
that as a kid I was called “The Czar.”
When I entered the workforce, that nickname stuck
for a different reason. My strong and determined
leadership instilled my associates with confidence
in my authority. I started as a machine shop operator
and worked my way through the leadership ranks
on my way to Chief Executive Officer.
Since I’ve “been there
and done that” my advice is not theoretical,
it
comes from hands-on experience.

I have made my share of mistakes
and you will learn from those as much as from
my successes. These lessons apply to leaders at
every level, so if you want practical, real-world
advice on how to become a great leader, you have
come to the right place. Whether you are a first-time
manager, a seasoned supervisor or an experienced
executive, for help with leadership development…just
ask THE CZAR!
