I have great respect for the challenge and importance of your role in matching a client with a speaker. As much as I believe that my seminars and keynotes are great, I understand that they won't be right for all of your clients. It is just as important to me, and for my ability to "wow" an audience, that I match with the clients and their needs. Therefore, I welcome the opportunity to work with Meeting Planners and Speakers Bureaus, and to build a relationship that will serve us both long into the future.

To assist in the decision process, I have loaded my website with everything that I think you might need in presenting me to your clients. WHY THE CZAR?

The most significant differentiating factor in deciding to hire "The Czar" is that "I have been there, and done that." When I talk to your clients, I speak from solid, and successful, experience. I have done virtually every organizational leadership job, from supervisor, to Manager, to Chief Financial Officer, to Chief Operating Officer, to CEO to Board of Directors member, to non-Executive Chairman of the Board. I know the theory of leadership, but I have been, and still am, a leader of organizations large and small.

Franchising - heavy experience as a franchisee of several different brands, and as a franchisor of a highly successful national US brand
Retail organizations, as an owner/operator of retail stores
Membership owned organizations (such as co-ops) - as a consultant to one of the largest such organizations in the US
Professional Services organizations - as a consultant to one of the largest Physicians Organizations in the US
Chambers of Commerce - as a volunteer Chairman of a state wide Chamber
